Shipping Information:

We ship all orders as soon as possible with most going out within twenty four hours.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us within forty eight hours of order receipt. If a return or exchange is necessary, you must contact us for an RMA #. This ensures that we know that your item is being returned so that we can credit your account in a timely fashion.

If an item is not in stock and it will be more than a few days before it can be shipped out to you, we will contact you whether to put your item backorder or to refund and cancel.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How will my order be shipped? Smaller items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and saddles and large items are shipped UPS. Items drop shipped from the factory will be shipped per that company's policy.
