We ship most small items via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders and saddles are shipped UPS or Fed Ex. We ship most items within twenty four hours. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please email for a quote. Additional charges will need to be added to any order that is placed with US shipping charges.
Return Information ~ A refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued upon return of the item. A 25% restocking fee if a new saddle shows any wear. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for damaged or used merchandise. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery to you. You MUST contact us prior to return shipment.
